Before we start on site, we will run a series of investigations; trial holes to see how deep the foundations need to be, opening up parts of your property to see what needs replacing and at what spec and other similar checks. This means we pre-empt any issue before we break ground, stopping those unexpected budget changes. If something unexpected does happen during
your project that Lime haven’t planned for, then we will cover it, the set budget will not change.

Our job is to manage your project keeping you informed and providing you with all the information you need to make an informed decisions.

Obviously its not possible to make all your decisions before we start the build process, infact we actively encourage some decisions not to be made till you see and stand in the spare we have made. In these cases we provide a realistic provisional sum for some items e.g. Kitchens, bathroom fittings etc our job is to manage your budget with in our GMP. We talk you through the options and the budget will never increase without agreement from you and from Lime.

Because we prepare as much as we do, it means we can give you a guaranteed end date. We are so confident that we can meet a deadline, that for every working day that we go over an agreed end date, we’ll refund you £50.

We also know that all of our workmen are the best in their respective fields, so we can give you a lifetime guarantee on all our workmanship. If in 18 months there is an issue with a door or a window, we will come and fix it. For free.

Good workmanship and quality materials means that we are happy to offer this service, as we don’t think you will need it.
